please help? what is the difference of regular teeth cleaning vs a full mouth debridement?

Simple explanation: A "routine" cleaning is performed on a patient every few months or so, and as such the patient's teeth are relatively easy to clean. Patients who have poor oral hygiene and have not seen a dentist in years have so much calculus that they need debridement to remove all the hardened material. It is next to impossible to thoroughly clean years of hardened calculus in one visit.

new general dds took full mouth series radiographs. checked pocket depths (few teeth) but not any edge margins where i have crowns. incomplete exam?

New patient exam: My new patient  is where i evaluate ; chart every tooth (for decay, fracture, defect) and restoration, oral soft tissue examination / velscope (tongue, throat, cheeks, etc), periodontal examination (for pocket depths, bleeding points, plaque, tartar, tooth mobility), diagnodent (laser decay detection), full mouth or panoramic radiograph and full mouth photographs.   If in doubt talk to the dentist.

when i wake up, i find my mouth full of water (it doesn't look like normal saliva) i can't talk until i spit it and brush my teeth (started from.year)?

Unusual complaint: I've never heard anyone complain about this and have no explanation for what you describe. If it makes you brush your teeth, that's a good thing.  I see no reason to be concerned about this.  If it bothers you, get a dental and medical checkup and see if anything comes up.

Its : Its hard to know exactly what you're referring to, but one thing that can cause intermittent facial swelling and pain like this is inflammation or blockage of salivary glands. Your dentist should be able to recognize this when it happens, but you might also consider seeing a head and neck surgeon (ent).

my mom had undergone a dentigral cyst (cyst under the tooth) surgery. from than onwards, her mouth is not opening to full extent. since, it is now one month or so after surgery,is it normal? how long will it take for her mouth to open completely ?

: What's the symptom prevent her from fully opening her mouth? The healing time could be just a week to months depending on the how extensive the procedure. Did she need the bone graft? She may need a second opinion if her oral surgeon or dentist does not provide a satisfied answer.

my tooth extraction hole is full of yellowish white color stuff. i noticed when i swished my mouth with salt water the yellowish white stuff came out.

Debris?: Whether this is concerning depends on how long post-op you are. If it's been a few days and you are comfortable, not likely an issue. If it's less than 48 hours since the surgery, it may be a dislodged clot requiring follow up treatment. If it starts to hurt or seems to not be healing per the dentists expectations, get back there for an evaluation.

i had 4 dental bite wing x rays on saturday to see how infected a tooth was and then on monday i had a full digital x ray of the mouth im now very concerned i have been exposed to a lot of radiation in these few days, im 27 should i worry ?

Do not worry: You have been  exposed to a diagnostic dose of radiation in a very small area of your body... your mouth. You were wearing a lead apron to protect the rest of your body from scatter. Your concern should be for radiation to your reproductive organs... which received virtually zero if any radiation this past weekend. Your dentist needs proper imaging to diagnose and treat you properly.

after 2 weeks of wisdom tooth extraction i am experiencing  unable to open mouth (jaw). will i be able to open my mouth again to its full potential ?

Reevaluation: Two weeks is a bit long not to have a decrease in symptoms.  Please return to the General Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon that did your extractions for a post-surgical reevaluation.

Not always: There is a type of full denture called an overdenture. This fits over roots of teeth that have been left in to maintain the height of bone. Those teeth would need to have root canal therapy. Nowadays, implants tend to make this prosthesis obsolete.

All of them: At birth all of the baby teeth and a portion of the permanent incisors and molars are present under the gums.  The baby teeth begin erupting between 6-15 months and all 20  baby teeth have erupted by age 3.  Permanent teeth begin erupting at 6 (girls) or 7 (boys).  Important dates:1st dental ck-up age 1, 1st orthodontic ck-up age 7.
