Debris?: Whether this is concerning depends on how long post-op you are. If it's been a few days and you are comfortable, not likely an issue. If it's less than 48 hours since the surgery, it may be a dislodged clot requiring follow up treatment. If it starts to hurt or seems to not be healing per the dentists expectations, get back there for an evaluation.
