When i wake up, i find my mouth full of water (it doesn't look like normal saliva) i can't talk until i spit it and brush my teeth (started from.year)?

Unusual complaint: I've never heard anyone complain about this and have no explanation for what you describe. If it makes you brush your teeth, that's a good thing. I see no reason to be concerned about this. If it bothers you, get a dental and medical checkup and see if anything comes up.
