All of them: At birth all of the baby teeth and a portion of the permanent incisors and molars are present under the gums. The baby teeth begin erupting between 6-15 months and all 20 baby teeth have erupted by age 3. Permanent teeth begin erupting at 6 (girls) or 7 (boys). Important dates:1st dental ck-up age 1, 1st orthodontic ck-up age 7.

Never seen it: In more than 3 decades of pediatric practice I have never seen or heard of a kid born with a full set of teeth.In that time I have had 4-5 born with 1 or 2.
