as i was checking my hymen with a mirror, i saw around my vaginal cavity what looks like a vertical cavity, that runs from under my vaginal cavity to the left side of it, still attached to a part of my hymen.
what could it be?

only the left side of my nose hurts. just the corner of it like the cartilage part, not the nasal cavity or any other part of my nose. i can feel that?

Foliculitis/ pimple: the front part of the nose there arr hairs and the area is exposed to trauma and infection , if the painful area is localized that is a good possibility, is the area is not localized it can be  dryness and u can use nasal normal saline and for the pimple u can use over the counter anitbiotic

Possibly: Anytime you can easily feel your cervix with your fingers it could be prolapse.  You would need to see your gyn to be sure.

Good oral care is very very important, and twice a day brushing, flossing once a day and perhaps use of a mouthwash would be helpful. You should discuss this with your dentist.
