Dental Treatment: Please allow your dentist to use his/her years of training and experience to take care of your dental needs. We are trained to evaluate teeth and restore them with the best restoration for that specific tooth. Your "brown spot" may very well be a surface stain which will be removed with the removal of the current restorations. Have faith in your healthcare providers.

Brown spot: May just be a stain. Your Dentist worked long and hard to complete his/her training, but none of us are infallible. To be absolutely sure that this wasn't a simple overbite, point the spot out to your Dentist and ask him/her again for him/her again for best professional opinion based on years of training, years of experience, and ongoing continuing education.
