As i was checking my hymen with a mirror, i saw around my vaginal cavity what looks like a vertical cavity, that runs from under my vaginal cavity to the left side of it, still attached to a part of my hymen. what could it be?

Could be a vaginal: septum, an exam with your doctor is the best way to resolve this question
