Foliculitis/ pimple: the front part of the nose there arr hairs and the area is exposed to trauma and infection , if the painful area is localized that is a good possibility, is the area is not localized it can be dryness and u can use nasal normal saline and for the pimple u can use over the counter anitbiotic good luck
