Accepted Answer

No: Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome is an Autonomic nervous system problem, not in the brain. Epilepsy does come from the brain, but seizures do not kill any brain cells (with the rare exception of status epilepticus). In short, neither problem will kill brain cells--unless you do nothing to control them and they lead to disastrous complications. Take care!

Yes: A lithium level of 2.5 is about twice the upper level of the recommended range.  Lithium toxicity can occur at lower levels than this.  Usual early symptoms are hand tremors and diarrhea, at higher levels seizures can occur.  List of symptoms here:

Alcohol and benzo: Withdrawal from both alcohol and benzodiazepines can cause severe agitation, fast heart rate, high blood pressure, hallucinations and other symptoms that can lead to severe seizures and even death in patients who are dependent on them. Long term heavy use of alcohol can cause neurological damage in any nerves and even the brain that may be irreversible.

ONly with seizure: Withdrawal is very difficult but keep going. ONly if you have a seizure does it harm the brain. But luckily brains can rewire so even that is overcomeable. Stay home and stay safe right now.

No may be med change: You have abnormal eeg suggest you have a seizure disorder and need to be controlled with meds.                         If the meds are making you sick you should discuss with your doctor or neurologist and have the medicine changed.

Yes: Abilify (aripiprazole) can cause low white blood cell count and sezures. Neuroleptic malignant syndrome, which can mimic seizures, can happen, associated with muscle rigidity, fever and shaking. You should taper it off slowly as directed by your physician, preferably a psychiatrist. After it is weaned off, you should discuss the alternative management of the condition for which Abilify (aripiprazole) was initiated.

Unlikely: There are very few disorders that can be treated with stem cells, at this time.
You should go the neurology department of your local medical college for an evaluation.

Wake up on the floor: Gi symptoms can also be a symptom of seizures. Autonomic seizures present with GI discomfort and a 'rising sensation' in the abdomen. Most seizures types are more likely to occur during sleep. I'm sure you'll get this sorted out. I'd get an eeg and check your calcium level (tums).

Lighting: Try altering the lighting for reading the book. Try both bright as well as dim light so see what suits you better.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
