Hi there. i am 28 years old. i get brain seizures and have been getting them for.about a year now. my eyes roll back into my head. i have gone blind in my right eye due to a seizure. have only 50% sight left in left eye can stem cell treatment help?

Unlikely: There are very few disorders that can be treated with stem cells, at this time. You should go the neurology department of your local medical college for an evaluation.
