Unlikely: There are very few disorders that can be treated with stem cells, at this time. You should go the neurology department of your local medical college for an evaluation.

Possibly: A very specialized Opthalmologist in this area may be able to help. In addition, if your seizures are not well controlled, a review of all your medications, EEGs and clinical response to medication should be reviewed by a Neurologist.
