Wake up on the floor: Gi symptoms can also be a symptom of seizures. Autonomic seizures present with GI discomfort and a 'rising sensation' in the abdomen. Most seizures types are more likely to occur during sleep. I'm sure you'll get this sorted out. I'd get an eeg and check your calcium level (tums).

Some symptoms...: What you experienced can be frightening. If you wet yourself or have bitten your tongue during sleep, it may be an indication of seizures. Waking up with muscle aches and/or confusion can also indicate it. So it is best to consult a neurologist in this regard to properly evaluate and treat them, if they truly are seizures. Hope that helps!
