Side Effects: Yawning is a side effect of Citalopram. The weakness and numbness in your legs may be related or not. Talk to your prescribing Dr for a full exam and discussion of your symptoms in light of your history and other medical conditions.

Stretch, magnesium: Stretching would always be good prior to physical activity. Yoga would be good in general. Check side effects of any medication you are on.A lot of people are low in magnesium. Try taking 400-800 mg daily. Next is adequate hydration, hydration etc. A liquid trace mineral supplement would also be a good add-on.

Depends: Not sure what medicine you took and different meds will take longer to work. If you have been having chest pain associated with an elevated blood pressure that is not a symptom you should be managing yourself at home. You should be evaluated in the emergency room to determine if the pain is related to damage to the heart muscle.

Chest pain 32 yr old: probably musculoskeletal at your age, but if you do any vaping or any drugs, go immediately to ER - might be good idea to go to Urgent Care regardless to diagnose if costochondritis or other noncardiac cause
