My fiance is paralyzed from the chest down. however his spasms are really out of control.he is prescribed soma (carisoprodol) yet soma (carisoprodol) is not stopping the spasms what can be dont.?

Baclofen: We sometimes use baclofen, a centrally acting muscle relaxer, for patients who have spasticity. Baclfofen can also be uses in a pump to deliver low dose medicine consistently throughout the day.
