Chest pain 32 yr old: probably musculoskeletal at your age, but if you do any vaping or any drugs, go immediately to ER - might be good idea to go to Urgent Care regardless to diagnose if costochondritis or other noncardiac cause

Hello recently I have been experiencing left chest pain when I'm breathing in after eating usually and when I'm laying down sometimes a bit of left arm pain but it just feels a bit sore could be from on it when I move my chest to the left it hurts?
