No.: Chronic subdural hematoma is sometimes undetected for weeks.  But in most acute conditions, there are symptoms of headache, loss of consciousness, nausea/vomiting, coma.

Probably: If you were not knocked out, do not have a headache, are not nauseated or vomiting, are not confused, don't have problems with balance, and can sit down and type your question, you're probably ok. Without seeing the cut on your scalp i cannot comment on whether you may need stitches or not. Bottom line - you should be evaluated in an er now but they probably won't do anything which is a good thing.

i just hit my head not so hard and i didnt get any symptoms but im worried i may have brain bleeding and not know it  its been 2 hours and no symtoms, how can i know that im fine?

Well...: .. you're online, you have no symptoms, seem articulate. Are you dizzy? Headache? Vision issues? Your brain is protected by a nice, thick skull... mother nature plans ahead. If you seem fine, you most likely are fine. If you have any symptoms out of the ordinary, then you should seek medical care. But from what you described, there is nothing out of the ordinary.

i used to have weird head sensations. numbing, tingling, and a slight burning sensation. when i would have bad anxiety it felt like my head was bleeding. do you believe these past symptoms could be associated with anxiety? or underlying conditions?

Maybe!: Your symptoms could have been due to anxiety. But it is very important before ever accepting a mental health diagnosis, to be sure that you do not have a physical problem that may be causing your symptoms or making you anxious! So get an exam and appropriate testing by your doctor to be sure there is no physical problem that needs treatment or makes it harder for you to cope.

i hit my head a few months back on a nail sticking out in my attic. i'm 24 got my tetanus shot at 12 should i be worried? i don't remember bleeding . wouldn't  i have symptoms i'm scared already of tetanus if i was going to get it

Don't worry: No need to worry that the injury caused tetanus at this point,  
You are, however, overdue for a booster so please see your doctor for one now.  Be sure o catch up on all your vaccines.
Tetanus is not likely to result from  clean nail in an attic.

By CT??: Confused about how you know you had bleeding on your frontal lobe?  By ct?  If so, why did you get the ct if no head trauma?  Really hard to answer this question without more info.  Good luck!

hit back of head on table- pain & a bump but no bleeding, dizziness, vision issues, other headache, etc. briefly felt very slightly dazed. i'm planning to wait tonight and go to the doctor tomorrow if i have/develop worrying symptoms. is this okay?

Yes: As long as not vomiting or severe headache or dizzy it is best to rest and put ice on your head and take some tylenol (acetaminophen).  Sounds like you may have a mild concussion.  ONly reason I could think which would warrant immediate attention with your current symptoms is if you were on a blood thinner.

i had an mri without contrast for a 4 day old head injury due to persisting concussion symptoms. my question and concern is if an mri without a contrast given will still be effective in showing any bleeding within the brain?

: If an MRI lacking contrast failed to show obvious bleeding, then you thankfully did not damage intracranial vasculature during your head injury.  Unless you worsen with accelerating deterioration, the need for further imaging does not seem apparent.
