By CT??: Confused about how you know you had bleeding on your frontal lobe? By ct? If so, why did you get the ct if no head trauma? Really hard to answer this question without more info. Good luck!

Spontaneous ICH: If the right frontal lobe hemorrhage is associated with weakness of the left leg and to a lesser extent the left arm, its probably significant. The severity depends on multiple dynamic factors & prognosis is better in a 24 year old. How did it happen? Hypertension, bleeding disorder, certain medications, real low lipids, genetic factors, vasculopathy should be assessed for. Neurology consult.
