Probably: If you were not knocked out, do not have a headache, are not nauseated or vomiting, are not confused, don't have problems with balance, and can sit down and type your question, you're probably ok. Without seeing the cut on your scalp i cannot comment on whether you may need stitches or not. Bottom line - you should be evaluated in an er now but they probably won't do anything which is a good thing.
