Yes: B complex are water soluble. Some gets store in the liver and most of the excess is excreted in the urine. It is not necessary to take mega doses of b complex.

No: Centrum contains vitamins and minerals in large amounts. There is no need to take additional vitamin B complex. Excess vitamin B will not be absorbed and will be eliminated naturally in the urine. The best source of vitamins and minerals are natural foods---fruits, vegetables, grains.

Not necessarily: A diet made up only of 1 vegetable, 2 types of fruit, milk and a mix of  ground pulses and cereals may not be completely balanced. Vegetarian diets must be carefully planned to ensure that all required nutrients are provided. Take care.

Probably not from B6: Extensive evidence shows that it's unusual to have adverse effects from b6 unless one takes 600 mg a day or more, though there are rare reports of adverse effects with doses as low as 200 mg/day. 125 mg is not known to cause neuropathy. Your symptoms are probably not due to b6. B6 does not accumulate in the body so if you stop it you will eliminate it quickly. See a doc to assess the true cause.

One way of verifying this is to see how long it takes between taking a potent b complex and how long it takes to see your urine turn  dark yellow & smell like vitamins (caused by b1 & b2). For them to appear in your urine they must be absorbed into your bloodstream and then be filtered by your kidneys, but this can happen within an hour.

Time won't matter: The b. Complex vitamins are water solvable and easily absorbed. Taking them at a usual time everyday (breakfast, dinner, bedtime) becomes easiest way to remember to do it.

OK to take both: B12 is relatively more expensive than the other Bs.  Consequently, most manufacturers put about 100 mcg in their multis.  OK to take additional B12.
