Not necessarily: A diet made up only of 1 vegetable, 2 types of fruit, milk and a mix of ground pulses and cereals may not be completely balanced. Vegetarian diets must be carefully planned to ensure that all required nutrients are provided. Take care.

Probably not healthy: See a nutritionist for a better diet that includes more variety. You will be living a restricted life style. You may want to discuss with your doctor why you feel like controlling your food intake to an extreme. You may be fighting an eating disorder or obssessive - compulsive disorder. Hope you do well.
