No: If you are a vegan, you have the moral high ground but you absolutely cannot get the vitamin B12 you need from anything that you will allow yourself to eat. You will also have serious difficulty getting enough iron, calcium, and several other vital nutrients. The claim about probiotics doing it for you is a lie. Get with an evidence-based vegan-friendly physician if you want to continue this.

B12: B12 principally derives from animal sources and eggs. Dairy has little. Select soy can provide some. More vegan foods are being supplemented with B12, as B12 deficiency is common among vegans.
