Some advice: If you take a multivitamin you do not have to take b complex or vitamin A. It's actually unhealthy to take too much vitamin A. Fish oil in proper doses is antiinflammatory and does affect blood lipids, but has not been shown to reduce heart attacks. None "boosts" the immune system.
