Grief
Grief is a normal reaction to a major loss, and is full of unhappiness and emotional pain. Events causing grief include the end of a significant personal relationship, the death of a loved one, or another traumatic life-changing event. Each person feels grief in his own way, but there are common stages to grieving. The process begins with recognizing a loss and continues over time until a person eventually accepts that loss.
