Write in your planne: planner, the times you usually ate and look at it often to jog your memory. Reach out to your friends/family. Set an alarm to remind you and see a therapist to talk over the grief. Take it one day at a time.

Meal plan & support: It can be difficult to find motivation to care for yourself when experiencing extreme grief. Try planning meals ahead of time. Meals that are easy, healthy, & don't take much time to prepare. Accept support from others & don't be afraid to ask them to cook or eat w/you. If you have the funds & prefer not to cook, try your grocery store deli heat&eat dinners. They're often healthier than take out.
