Endoscopic ultrasound
Ultrasound=sonogram=using sound waves to form a picture. Endo=inside, thus endoscopic ultrasound means performing an ultrasound from the inside, typically your stomach/gut, vagina, or even inside blood vessel, using an endoscope. It is a fascinating procedure. Have fun learning. Good luck.
