A "dilated CBD (common bile duct)" with no echos in the duct with a "thickened GB (gall bladder) wall", but also with no echos, suggests prior gall bladder disease with prior stones or inflammation after passage of stones. Age 22 is young for this condition, but consult your GI physician for guidance, as removal of the gall bladder may be indicated to reduce future symptoms.
