I feel foot get stuck in my throat, especially meat. If I move my head upwards while I feel it stuck, its hard to breathe. When I drink water I feel it move. Esophageal stricture? Is it permanent, does it heal or get worse?

I was recently dx small hiatal hernia Abd&Pelvic CT w contrast. No other findings. I noticed 30 min after I eat, I get all flushed and weird feeling, with gurling tummy. Esophageal stricture? Or duodenal ulcer? I'm on pepcid and Florestore probiotic?

Would a barium swallow test detect a medium to large sized esophageal ulcer? What about a narrowing/stricture?

I swallowed an Advil 2 years ago without water and it got stuck in my throat and burned bad for at least a day. Will this have resulted in a stricture of my esophagus? Or would it have just healed? Does it only take one burn to cause a stricture?
