Possibly...: Esophageal strictures could lead to aspiration which in turn could lead to cough either directly or related to bronchospasm. Gastroesophageal reflux disease causes bronchospasm and thus can also lead to chronic cough. See your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. If you smoke, smoking cessation is also needed.
