The gastrointestinal tract extends from the oral cavity, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, rectum, and anal canal. Some would include liver, bilary tract, pancreas, and gallbladder. Any disease or dysfunction of any part of this tract or its associated organs qualifies as a "gastrointestinal disorder.".
