Why come when I have a full bladder I get a werid deep itchy feeling that burns if scratch it over my pubic bone? Could hernia produce these syntopms

Had gall bladder surgery 4 days back thru laproscopy. When can I resume work outs and exercise. Can i carry weight or will i get hernia.
