Those CT findings should not be the cause of your unbearable pain. You need to have a thorough assessment with a complete history and physical exam (H & P) for the correct diagnosis. Unfortunately, urgent care or ER practitioners are relying too much in radiology imaging techniques nowadays.

If the pain is unbearable pl go to the ER to get checked for the hernia to be stuck (incarcerated)
