I have a very large right inguinal hernia and an enlarged benign prostate gland and a horseshoe kidney and a bladder stone. is pressure from both the hernia and the prostate causing urination problems? is the bladder stone causing blood in urine?

You have 2 main problems: an Enlarged prostate causing obstruction to urine flow leading you to develop a Hernia due to straining to urinate.
