You have 2 main problems: an Enlarged prostate causing obstruction to urine flow leading you to develop a Hernia due to straining to urinate. The second problem is a bladder stone which is likely the cause of blood in the urine. There is a solution (good treatment) for both of your problems. I would advice that you go see your Family doctor who can refer you to a Urologist to take care of you.

Blood in urine is from stone. Urinary'"problems" from stone and enlarged prostate. You will need surgery For Hernia and for prostate and stone. Sequence of surgery will depend on your main complaint. If urinary problems bother you more than have that first. Sometimes both surgeries can be done at the same time. That will depend on the advice of your Urologist and general surgeon.
