Had gall bladder surgery 4 days back thru laproscopy. when can i resume work outs and exercise. can i carry weight or will i get hernia.

The standard answer is 4 - 6 weeks. Ultimately do what your surgeon recommended. But the simple truth is, nothing you do with weights will cause your incisions to pop. When it stops hurting you can resume the activities. If it hurts, don't do it. It's the simplest and most true recommendation.

I have my laparoscopic gallbladder patients return to normal activity as tolerated. Each surgeon however has their own recommendations and i would check with yours to be sure.
