No: No the itchy feeling caused by the skin and pubic hai in the area that might been aggravated by stretching of the skin that was caused by a full bladder. If you do not shave ,shave that area first and the apply first hydrocortisone cream and after few days alternating it with skin lotion. Not better see your doctor
