Had ct scan without contrast which found multifocal nodules in pleura; mild thickening of left adrenal; focal thickening of the right lateral bladder wall 1.4 cm, for which differential includes neoplasm, and umbilical hernia.. is this connected?

The bladder findings are not connected to the pleura and adrenal in all probabilities. Pl see a Urologist for bladder findings
