The pelvic region refers to the lowermost portion of the abdomen, below the level of the umbilicus, and most often in the lowermost portions of the abdomen, on the sides and centrally. Discomfort, in various forms (stabbing , cramping, aching, heaviness, pressure, wringing sensations).
