Shrinking: It is my opinion that it is not a good idea to try to shrink the fibroids before surgery unless they are up to your chest. Why? Because when you shrink them they become harder to remove. The surgery is harder and i think using these medications for the purpose is generally a bad idea. But that is just my opinion. I recommend you get other opinions in your area.
