Not usually: you may have a degenerating fibroid from the lupron (leuprolide) or breakthrough bleeding from low estrogen induced by the lupron (leuprolide). do a home pregnancy test. if negative, good. if positive, see your doctor. at any rate if you are bleeding heavily you should be seen and have a blood count and an ultrasound. if you feel lightheaded when sitting up, then go to the ER or a walk-in asap you may be anemic.
