Bump on scrotum for 3days and went away. sometimes burns to pee.tip slight itch.now pain in left testicle for a wk and 1/2. std?hiv?uti?what is it?

Testes: Ultrasound of the testes. With bumps i only worry about seminomas, not stds. Also can be a simple case of inflammation, the take ibuproprofen. The burning may be UTI or prostatic. Only urine culture will tell. Also you can get a gc/chlamydia pee test to rule that out.
