If the UA is normal it is unlikely it is UTI. Prostatitis needs a rectal exam. If prostatitis then antibiotics take time to help. Suggest see a Urologist for proper evaluation. Some times OTC azo can help.

Hello doc. CBC normal, urinalysis normal, urine culture no growth, but still have a little burning sensation after pee. now a couple of days I feel my right testical hangs lower than usual and little bit pain feels. scrotal u/s normal what is problem?
