Can a uti spread to the testicles? i had pain urinating for about a week before i decided to see the doctor but than i went and was put on antibiotics for a uti but now i'm starting to experience pain in one side of the scrotum

Not typically: A simple UTI would not spread to the testicle, specifically if treated properly with antibiotics. A possible root cause, such as a kidney stone or unrelated cause for the testicular pain is still possible. Talk to your GP about your symptoms.
