At : At minimum you may have inflammation of your urethra, but there is also a significant possibility of a sexualty transmitted disease. You will need to be evaluated to determine the cause of these symptoms. It is not so simple as throwing out a few symptoms and an online doctor can diagnose it. Please get seen soon.

You need to see a Dr and get tested for STD including herpes, HIV, Syph and gonorrhea. He or she should also be checked.

Also be on the lookout for discharge from your penis, i.e. mucus or pus, perhaps showing by as underwear stains. Get medical care ASAP. Your partner also should be checked for STDs.
