Need to see ur PCP: You have to be examined to make sure there is nothing physically wrong i.e., ulcer/infection etc. It may just be hormonal and lubrication issue but you need to see your doctor.

Very unlikely: The rectosigmoid junction is well above the anal sphincter. Colostomy becomes more likely as the primary tumor gets closer to the anus.
