Hello, i recently watched the episode on the doctors about rectovaginal fistula. i have been suffering with this for three years. i have had five surgeries and no success. the last doctor suggested a colostomy bag. i am 43 and i do not want to do that. my

Difficult problem: Fistulas can be caused by birth trauma, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease or anal rectal abscess. They are treated very differently depending on the cause. I suggest you seek out an experienced colo rectal surgeon for evaluation
