Leg swelling: Hi, sorry to hear about your leg swelling. It is good that you were checked for a blood caught, having a blood clot also known as a deep vein thrombosis or DVT can be severe. Swelling of the lower extremity can because by many reasons, including being stationary and not ambulating enough. Other problems can be due to injury of your lymphatics from the gunshot wound. You circulation can be damaged.
