Can tight/weak pelvic floor muscles cause varicocele? i have varicocele but no pain in the testicle itself. i have a feeling of pressure and discomfort in the area between my anus and scrotum?

Other than obesity there are no predispositions to varicoceles except for faulty valves within these veins. The discomfort between the anus and scrotum could be from prostate congestion. Varicoceles usually cause no symptoms. Consult a urologist as needed.

No they do not. Varicocele is as a result of retrgrde flow of blood in the testicular vein. It causes no pain but may cause fullness or mild discomfort. The pressure you feel between anus and scrotum is due to something else. Pl get checked by your doc/ Urologist. good luck
