A 34-year-old male asked:
Shooting tip of penile pain or occasional a tickly pain or flutter. random pain between scrotum and anus and in testicles and pelvis at times. negative cytoscopy, negative sti testing but cant be tested for hpv, negative urine tests. hpv?

Need to examine: If the doctors who examined you were not able to diagnose you, it is not feasible to do that in this forum. . It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
