Why my penis corona sore like red all around corona & small rash like red & lines occur and disappear and when i smoke weed it hurts even more like i want to pee i got tested for uti and stds but everything came out negative andfeel stinging inside?

The tests you got were secondary in importance to a good local exam. If weed makes it worse the good thing to do is to stop and see if you are better - then it is a reaction from weed. If still persists pl get examined by a Urologist- as that is needed for management
