It is good idea to..: at least temporarily eliminate any imaginable and potentially irritating factors such as those you mentioned + gingerly apply 0.5% hydrocortisone skin cream for 3-5 day, and see. If not improving as usually expected in 3-5 days, seek timely evaluation & counseling so to deduce possible causes for what you have felt and for reasonable treatment/ care/ counseling.
