Probably not: The discomfort may be due to the pressure on the skin at the tip of your penis when you have an erection. Not serious.

Skin above urethra burned when peeing. Little redness, hurts to touch. Could it be from wiping, dryness (accutane), or tampon string? No STDs or UTI.
