A member asked:

So, if all usual tests of sti (gonorrhea, chlamydia, mgen, etc) are negative - what could cause the white cotton strands in first catch urine in the morning, and general burning on tip of penis/pain in lower abdomen a week after unprotected sex?

If the those symptoms only occur in the morning void, infectious urethritis is very less likely. You just increase fluid intake at least 50% for a day or two and observe the symptoms. If you have the symptoms throughout the day, a formal urinalysis should be done again, not only STI testing. Good luck.
